We were hired in 2015 to create the online presence for the organization. We worked strategically with the leadership to create and cultivate the website and full social media suite of accounts and email marketing campaigns.
Here is what we accomplished:
- Created and re-launched a new website and integrated email on the google platform. The site was built to convey information in a friendly manner to boost recognition and foster engagement with local families.
- Created a convenient custom online registration portal integrated with SIPlay.com.
- Integrated all social media accounts and email marketing platform for a comprehensive approach to marketing in order to gain the utmost cross-pollination among all channels.
- Initiated original content with high SEO value, stories, videos and images to the marketing efforts.
- Launched www.westhamptonbeachyouthfootball.com
- Cultivated a very successful email campaign to communicate news, announcements, programs, alumni stories, safety, fundraising, and more to build the culture.
- The new website and social media resources were well received by local families as well as the high school program.
